Bridal showers need to be kept in perspective. Couples who are genuinely starting out can fill up their registry with a clean conscience and have a traditional baby shower. If, however, you are a double income couple with two of everything already, then let your guests off the hook. Remember that those same guests will be giving the bride and groom a wedding present. Those future newlyweds should use their collective imagination and offer something different.

This would definitely make the male and the female guests feel quite uncomfortable. Therfore choosing the theme that is right for both the sexes is important. The host must also consider the games when choosing the theme. Then if the party will be something like a night out in the town, then one must also consider the right places for such event.
Of course the invitation should be applicable for both the female and the male also.

If you invite someone not invited for the wedding, well, that would be quite embarrassing for the bride.
Now after you have the list, you should now have the proper wordings for the invitation. The first things that your invitation should have are the bride’s full name, the date of the party, the time, the location and the RSVP details. Then if it is a theme party, you might wish to include also the specific theme and the gifts. And do not forget your name as the host of the bridal shower.
